We’re excited to see you for our 2nd Annual Ghost Tales event! Last year’s event was a great success, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back to Glen Cove to meet a new batch of ghosts.

Saturday, October 25 @ 2:00 PM

Please join us on a walk through the cemetery to visit the ghosts at their headstones. The tour departs from the chapel at 2 o’clock sharp.

There will only be one performance this day!

Sunday, October 26 @ 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM

Sunday will follow the same format as last year. Both performances will take place in the Chapel. Expected performance length is 45-60 minutes.

Cost:

This is a free event! We will be accepting freewill donations on-site if you feel moved to donate.

Promote the importance of Glen Cove Cemetery as a cultural and historical asset through community outreach, education, and engagement.

Create

Create a welcoming environment for all visitors regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation and promote the cemetery as place for quiet reflection and contemplation.

Honor the individuals and families buried at Glen Cove Cemetery and ensure that their legacies are not forgotten.

Preserve

Ensure Glen Cove Cemetery remains a cherished and respected landmark in the community for years to come.

  • Sadler Mausoleum

    May 24-27, 2025

    Please join the Glen Cove Advisory Board this Memorial Day weekend to see the newly renovated Sadler Mausoleum! Thanks to Chris Hensley and Crown Hill, we were able to breathe new life into this beautiful structure.

    Visitors will be able to tour the mausoleum, speak to the cemetery board member on site, and enjoy the new growth and fresh flowers to celebrate spring’s arrival!

  • Ghost Tales

    October 19-20, 2024

    Join us at the Glen Cove Cemetery chapel to hear ghost stories of local residents who are buried at our cemetery! Graves of featured residents will be marked for anyone who wants to walk around the cemetery at twilight.

    This is event is free, but freewill donations will be accepted on site or through our website.
